  • Manage local project permitting, project development; contract tendering, tariff bidding and 
subsidy application process
  • According to project requirement, arrange equity and/or debt financing for the project
  • According to requirements to be defined by clients, compare, evaluate and select suitable local companies or staffs to perform construction and installation works for projects
  • According to requirements to be defined by clients, compare, evaluate and select suitable local companies or staffs to perform the operation and maintenance (O&M) works for projects
  • According to project requirement, assistance in obtaining of guarantees (including but not limited to bid bond, on time completion, performance guarantee, etc.) given by client to external clients
  • Compare, evaluate and select of the entire PV system components and materials (BoS) excluding or including modules according to requirements of each project at competitive terms
  • Arrange market-standard guaranties and warranties for the PV system components, selected in each project
  • During construction and post-commissioning, coordinate with equipment suppliers regarding 
technical support, product warranty, repair and replacement, etc
  • Manage logistics for the shipping of project equipment to the construction site
  • Oversee the technical implementation and supervise work quality of subcontractors
  • Projects, products and services sourced from third party(s), especially those sourced from contractors and suppliers, shall be transacted at most favourable terms available in the market, especially regarding price, quality, amount, payment term, guarantees and warranties
